Most of my work starts somewhere in the middle: an idea that isn't quite a spec, a codebase that's grown past what it was designed for, a feature that everyone agrees is important but never quite gets delivered. That's the part I'm good at.
I've spent over a decade getting software into the hands of the people who need it — at multinationals, large enterprises and scale-ups.
What I do
Working out what to build
Half the time the hardest question isn't how, it's what. I help you work out what's worth building, what to cut, and what "done" actually looks like. Sometimes that's heads-down work with stakeholders, customers and architects. Sometimes it's one conversation that saves you three months.
Getting it shipped
Then I get it built. Web applications, internal tools, integrations, AI features that hold up outside of a demo. Frontend, backend, devops, testing — whatever the thing needs to actually exist. I'll make sure what you need gets delivered, and that you're happy with the result.
Keeping it going
Software doesn't stop at launch. I can help you manage the codebase someone else left behind, the performance problem that's been on the list for a year, the challenges of keeping a system healthy while it grows. It's usually the difference between a product and a liability.
